The company undergoes a number of audits both internally and externally on a monthly basis, the quality team is proactive in the their approach to ensuring that the company operates to the highest level of international standards.

ISO 9001: 2000 (International Standard Organisation) is a member of a series of standards that focus on Quality Management Systems. It is a worldwide standard. ISO 9001:2000 specifies requirements for a quality management system for any organisation that needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products that meet customer and applicable regulatory requirements and aims to enhance customer satisfaction.

The primary aim is to relate modern quality management to the actual processes and activities of an organisation, including the promotion of continual improvement and enhancement of customer satisfaction. It is a system applicable to all organisations, products and services that help realise internal & external benefits.

Having ISO 9001 certification means that Glenpatrick Spring Water quality management system has been independently assessed for compliance with the Standard - a process-based quality management system that aims to provide product that meets customer & regulatory requirements, while focusing on customer satisfaction & the promotion of continual improvement.
